The interplay between sleep, circadian rhythms, and cardiovascular resilience has emerged as a significant yet largely overlooked area of research, underscoring its critical public health implications. The increasing prevalence of hypertension, diabetes, and obesity worldwide is further complicated by disruptions in sleep patterns and circadian rhythms, which are known to intensify these conditions, thus heightening the risk for cardiovascular disease.
