In a groundbreaking study published in BMC Pediatrics, researchers have delved into the complex interplay of red cell distribution width (RDW), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the context of immunoglobulin A (IgA) vasculitis nephritis among Tibetan children living in high-altitude regions.
