Everleap Fertility, a leader in fertility care and assisted reproduction, will deliver 19 scientific presentations at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Annual Scientific Congress & Expo in Baltimore, Maryland, from October 24-28, 2026. The Annual Congress is described as the premier global meeting for professionals in reproductive medicine, infertility, contraception, menopause, and embryology, showcasing the latest innovations advancing the field. Everleap reproductive endocrinologists, scientists, embryologists, clinicians, and researchers will present studies examining topics ranging from endometrial thickness and cycle cancellation to the impact of maternal obesity on embryonic aneuploidy.

Other topics explored in the presentations include third-party reproductive services, predictive modeling, fertility insurance mandates, and access disparities. The research agenda is designed to examine questions that matter to patients and clinicians, with the goal of translating insights into meaningful advances for patients while improving the understanding of reproductive medicine. The presentations aim to strengthen the evidence that informs clinical decision-making and provide opportunities to personalize patient care.

Specific studies scheduled for presentation include an investigation into the relationship between maternal obesity and embryonic aneuploidy among patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) with preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A). Another area of inquiry involves live birth outcomes and euploidy rates among men with severe oligospermia when surgically retrieved sperm is used during IVF. Additional presentations will address the clinical considerations involved in canceling or proceeding with frozen embryo transfer for patients with thin endometrial linings.

Dr. Thomas Molinaro, Chief Medical Officer of Everleap Fertility, stated that the research being presented reflects the organization's commitment to examining questions that matter to patients and clinicians. He noted that several key studies this year strengthen the evidence that informs clinical decision-making and provide opportunities to personalize patient care. Molinaro emphasized that the goal is to translate these insights into meaningful advances for patients while improving the overall understanding of reproductive medicine.

Christine Whitehead, MS, BSN, RN, Director of Research Operations at Everleap Fertility, highlighted the direct connection between the research program and the patients served. She explained that much of the research is generated from within the network of clinics, allowing investigators to study questions directly relevant to their patient populations. Whitehead stated that this approach provides the opportunity to bring findings back into the practices where the research originated, informing clinical decision-making, strengthening patient counseling, and helping to refine care for current and future patients.

Everleap Fertility is part of IVI Institute, formerly known as IVI RMA Global, which will contribute 55 scientific presentations to the ASRM congress, including those from the United States. This contribution showcases the depth and breadth of IVI Institute’s efforts to better understand the science behind fertility and its commitment to advancing reproductive medicine on a global scale. Researchers from Illume Fertility, a recent addition to the Everleap network, were also selected to present at the conference, joining colleagues from Everleap and IVI Institute.

Everleap Fertility is built on the legacy of RMA, Boston IVF, Conceptions, and six other leading North American fertility practices. The organization brings together more than 200 physicians and embryologists across 65 locations, including 26 IVF laboratories. With over 40 years of experience, the network has helped hundreds of thousands of patients build families and has played a role in shaping reproductive medicine.
