Recent advancements highlight their strong influence on the gut microbiota, suggesting that all diseases related to microbiota dysbiosis will be key targets for polyphenol evaluation. This marks a major leap forward in medical science.

The 17th World Congress on Polyphenols Applications, which will be held on September 19-20 at Università degli Studi di Milano Statale in Itally, covers a broad range of diseases and medical aspects related to polyphenols which will be presented by many speakers
