The renowned textbook publisher, University Science Books (USB), is set to transition its publishing operations to the prestigious MIT Press effective July 1, 2025. This strategic move is aimed to coincide perfectly with the Fall 2025 academic course adoption cycle, ensuring a seamless continuation of the availability of USB’s highly respected scientific textbooks. Similarly, Taylor’s "Introduction to Error Analysis" and Don McQuarrie’s celebrated "Physical Chemistry: A Molecular Approach," commonly known as “Big Red,” are pillars of science education that will gain broader distribution and support through MIT Press’s extensive channels.
