AGS welcomes 14 new fellows recognized for exceptional commitment to geriatrics

New York (May 2, 2024) — Today the American Geriatrics Society (AGS) announced 14 AGS members who have been awarded AGS Fellowship over the past year.  This distinction recognizes AGS members for their deep commitment to the AGS and to advancing high-quality, person-centered care for us all as we age.  The new AGS fellows will be formally recognized at the 2024 AGS Virtual Annual Scientific Meeting (#AGS24; May 9-11) during the AGS Business Meeting.

Each year, a host of highly qualified AGS members earn fellowship status following a rigorous application process, which includes assessments of everything from continuing education to public service and geriatrics scholarship.
