This interest has prompted researchers from the University of South Australia (UniSA) to comprehensively analyze the effects of such exposure on health and wellbeing. Their rigorous systematic review and meta-analysis endows the discourse with much-needed empirical evidence, shedding light on the nuanced outcomes related to cold-water immersion.</p>
