The national, survey-based awards program recognizes organizations that excel in creating workplaces where women employees are supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.

The Best Places to Work for Women program evaluates participating organizations based on employee feedback and workplace practices, with a particular focus on the experiences of women in the workforce. Winners are selected through a comparative analysis of survey data collected from organizations across the United States.
