East Hanover, NJ – July 22, 2026 – Kessler Foundation has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work for Women by Best Companies Group in partnership with BridgeTower Media. The national, survey-based awards program recognizes organizations that excel in creating workplaces where women employees are supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.

The Best Places to Work for Women program evaluates participating organizations based on employee feedback and workplace practices, with a particular focus on the experiences of women in the workforce. Winners are selected through a comparative analysis of survey data collected from organizations across the United States.

“We are honored to be recognized among the nation’s Best Places to Work for Women,” said Rodger DeRose, president and chief executive officer of Kessler Foundation. “At Kessler Foundation, we believe that an inclusive culture is essential to innovation and excellence. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where women, who make up 64 percent of our workforce, can grow professionally, contribute meaningfully, and thrive as leaders.”

Founded in 1985, Kessler Foundation is home to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to advancing rehabilitation research for people with disabilities. The Foundation strives to foster a collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to develop their talents, pursue professional growth, and contribute to meaningful work that improves lives.

“Kessler Foundation’s mission-driven culture is strengthened by the talented women across our organization whose expertise, leadership, and dedication help advance groundbreaking research and community initiatives,” DeRose added. “We are proud to support a workplace that values and invests in the success of all employees.”

The 2026 Best Places to Work for Women final rankings will be announced during a virtual awards celebration on September 24.
