<p>Adolescence is widely acknowledged as a formative period marked by biological, psychological, and social transformations. The study, led by experts at Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) in collaboration with Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and other prominent institutions, surveyed a nationally representative sample of 806 adolescents aged 14 to 17 across Spain.
