Raising the visibility of science education is more vital now then ever before. To showcase some of the most powerful voices and tools in science education today for children and young adults, Subaru and AAAS' Science Books and Films (SB&F) will hold four events this week. In its 12th year, this partnership and its outreach efforts are flourishing. We hope you will join us.
1. Talk and Book Signing with Hope Jahren bestselling author of Lab Girl.

2. Second Chance to meet Hope Jahren.
Thursday February 16th at the Hynes Convention Center, Level 3 Hallway, 4:00 – 5:00 PM (Open to meeting attendees only).
3. Bringing Cool Science to a Boston K-8 School
Who: WGBH producers Ari Daniel (winner of a 2016 Gold AAAS Kavli Science Journalism Award for Radio) and Greg Kestin, a NOVA producer.
What: Both producers will share their adventures with two eighth grade classes at the Winter Hill Community Innovation School in Somerville, MA.

4. Honoring the Best Science Books of the Year and their Authors
